1. COLOR VARIATIONS IN 3D PRINTED PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of 3D printing, factors such as the printer and the materials used can lead to some color variations in our products. While we ensure minimal discrepancies in color within the same product batch, making them virtually indistinguishable to the naked eye, different batches may exhibit more noticeable differences. For instance, though all products may be white, one batch might have a cooler tone while another a warmer tone. Rest assured, these variations do not affect the product's functionality.
2. SURFACE TEXTURE OF 3D PRINTED PRODUCTS
Due to the unique nature of the 3D printing process, the surfaces of our products may exhibit lines and grooves formed during printing. These visible and tactile lines are a normal occurrence and do not affect the product's functionality or quality.
3. HEAT RESISTANCE OF 3D PRINTED PRODUCTS
Our 3D printed products are primarily made with PLA, a biodegradable material. PLA typically has a lower heat resistance, generally between 60°C to 65°C (about 140°F to 149°F). To prolong the lifespan of the product, please be mindful of temperature control.
4. HOW TO CLEAN 3D PRINTED PRODUCTS
To clean, simply rinse with cold water or wipe down. Do not use hot water or place in a dishwasher. As PLA is the primary material used in our 3D printed products, it has limited resistance to acids and high temperatures.
5. PRODUCTION TIME FOR 3D PRINTED PRODUCTS
Apart from our bestsellers, most products are produced in the order they are received. Including quality inspection and other processes, a minimum of 3 working days is required. We appreciate your patience and believe that good things are worth waiting for.
